| Trevor James Constable of California, has devoted over 30 years of his life to developing etheric rain engineering -- without chemicals or electric power of any kind. Professionally, he spent 31 years as a merchant marine radio officer, and also became an internationally respected aviation historian and author. He is the official biographer of Colonel Erich Hartmann of Germany, the greatest fighter pilot of all time, and also of Germany's legendary Adolf Galland, General of the Luftwaffe Fighter Pilots in WWII. Mr. Constable funded his rain engineering research himself, aided since 1989 by George K.C. Wuu of Singapore. The work has thus been kept clean and independe | |

ALLIED FORCES General Curtis LeMay USAF Ret., was an enthusiastic associate of Trevor Constable in the latter's Operation Clincher against Southern California smog in 1990. They are seen here at General LeMay's home in Riverside not long before the distinguished air general's death. General LeMay was a longtime fan of Trevor James Constable's aviation books, and they had many mutual friends among aviation's luminaries. The founder of the U.S.A.F. Strategic Air Command set up one of Constable's anti-smog units in his backyard, and organized additional sites for him in Riverside, California, that were decisive in reducing Riverside smog to record low levels in the 1990 season. Operation Clincher reduced Southern California smog by 24 percent, across the board for the whole season. |

THE "FLYING H" AT HATFIELD FLAT Rotating geometric components and correct orientation of the assembly, were the key operating principles of the "Flying H" weather engineering unit seen here in 1986. Art is to ENTRAIN the etheric flows via the "H" device, for regional weather engineering. This unit, with four other bases in July 1986, produced the wettest Los Angeles July in 100 years. Government fax maps and satellite pictures showed anomalous diversion of moisture from the Gulf of California, over 200 miles to the northwest into Los Angeles, which is statistically rainless in July. TJC pre-filed the operation with NOAA in Rockville, Maryland, with an engineering drawing showing what was intended. It happened. |
| HATFIELD FLAT, CALIFORNIA, 1984 Long series of experiments to engineer rain into Los Angeles in July, when region is statistically rainless, required ten years of avocational work. Operator here stands with "bazooka" type devices, which coupled a Wilhelm Reich-type "accumulator" into a projective resonant section (white). Hatfield Flat is about 14 miles east of San Diego and 1200 feet above sea level. Excellent results were obtained. |
